Chimney sweeper Roy

XDDD Blame my mother for inspiring / suggesting this. Yes, it's supposed to be Roy Mustang from FMA as a chimney sweeper. I was working on this last night. Happy New Year everyone!
_{I redrew his left arm and kept trying to fix his left hand, but it only got weirder, ehh... This was supposed to be a quick work, though it still took me a bit more than 2 hours.}
