Eye-patch Roy + tux + slightly undone buttons + hair slicked back + standing in the rain... hope I didn't forget anything. 8D Sorry it took so long. I kept tinkering away at this, cuz I didn't like it, especially his face... OTL Also, this was my first time trying to do rain.
Anyway, I finished it at last. I hope you like it.
