Just extract the RAR file and start Shimeji.exe. After a while, it should look like this:
My version is Japanese, here's the translation of its menu:
1) Add another one
2) Follow the cursor
3) Reduce to one
4) Bring IE back (in case she throws away your web browser or MSN window if it's small sized)

IT'S DONE!! FINALLY!! I worked my ass off waaa~~ This took me about 20 hours in total. There still are some annoying white pixels, but it's not that distracting plus after spending another 3-4 hours fixing small mistakes on every single image, I just don't feel like doing it again... @___@
